All seals and awards assigned to any product reviewed by the spinLife Freedom Foundation, sLFF are under sole proprietorship of same. Your use of the spinLife Freedom Seal of Approval, is subject to the following terms and conditions. Your use of any of these, constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

The spinLife Freedom Seal of Approval can be used by all authorized licensees on the packaging and web site for products which have been inducted into the spinLife Freedom Foundation for which appropriate licensing fees have been paid.

By your choosing to bear any the spinLife Freedom seals or awards on your web site, and/or with your product(s) packaging, you agree to the additional terms and conditions following whch are set forth by the spinLife Freedom Foundation.

	The spinLife Freedom Foundation shall not be liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of the spinLife Freedom Foundation
	You acknowledge the validity of the the spinLife Freedom Foundation  marks, and that the spinLife Freedom Foundation has established significant rights of condition therein.
	You agree not to impair the title, rights and/or interest of the spinLife Freedom Foundation in the use of sLFF seals and/or awards which are used under licensing of the spinLife Freedom Foundation, including the acronym and full name of the online publication/organization and the spinLife Freedom Foundation  logos.
	The spinLife Freedom Foundation shall not be liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, use of sLFF or the spinLife Freedom Foundation evaluation report or product evaluation summaries published for private or public view.
	You will not make any claim to, apply to register, or register the spinLife Freedom Foundation marks or any confusingly similar marks.
	All use of the sLFF seal and awards shall remain solely to authorized usage approved by terms and conditions set forth by sLFF
	Upon payment of appropriate licensing fees, you are granted a license to use the sLFF Seal, and awards if applicable for a period of one calendar year from date of evaluation report posting.
	If any of these conditions or those following are not met, the license is invalid and spinLife Freedom Foundation can remove your entry from our database of inducted products
	Without a valid license the use of the spinLife Freedom Foundation marks must be discontinued and no confusingly similar mark and/or name can be used.
	If the spinLife Freedom Foundation revokes a license because of misrepresentation or inappropriate use of sspinLife Freedom Foundation seal, marks, or awards, notification will be sent to the e-mail address which is listed in the sLFF Product Submission Form. If the situation is not remedied within five business days after such notification, the spinLife Freedom Foundation reserves the right to take appropriate action including but not limited to, making the misrepresentation known through lists, web-postings and notifications to the press.
	You hereby indemnify and hold the the spinLife Freedom Foundation harmless from any claims, suits, losses or damages (including reasonable legal fees incurred by the spinLife Freedom Foundation, arising as a result of breach of this agreement or any other action taken by you in connection with any services provided by the spinLife Freedom Foundation.
	The occurrence and/or results of any review, evaluation, or other proceedings conducted by or for spinLife Freedom Foundation with respect to sLFF seals, marks, and/or awards, does not constitute any representation or warranty by or on behalf of spinLife Freedom Foundation. Moreover, these occurrences and/or results shall not give rise to any liability or obligations on the part of the spinLife Freedom Foundation, or any rights of reliance by or for you or any third party, nor otherwise be deemed or construed as being for the benefit of you or any third party.
	The license gives no right to sub-license any of the rights granted herein.
	All notices, claims, requests, and demands to sLFF shall be made in writing by registered or certified mail with reply postage prepaid to:

	This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Nevada.
	The trademarks, logos, seals, awards, and service marks (collectively the "TLSAS") displayed on this Web Site are registered and unregistered trademarks, logos, seals, awards, and service marks of the spinLife Freedom Foundation, its affiliates and others.
	Nothing contained within this web site, trademarks, logos, seals, awards, and service marks, should be construed as granting, by implication, or otherwise, any license or right to use any of them  without the written permission of the spinLife Freedom or such third party that may own the trademarks, logos, seals, awards, and service marks displayed.
	Your misuse of our trademarks, logos, seals, awards, and service marks displayed, or any other content on the spinLife Freedom Foundation Web Site, except as provided herein, is strictly prohibited and is grounds for immediate termination of your license to use same.
	This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Nevada.
